Michael Manning

Michael joined the firm in 2008, and brought with him a wide array of experience in legal practice and procedure.  Michael works primarily in the areas of commercial insurance defense and examinations under oath. His job covers all facets of case administration from initiating cases, drafting pleadings, answering discovery, ordering records, scheduling hearings, setting mediations, and trial preparation. Michael has previously worked for the American Arbitration Association and has an extensive background in arbitration and mediation proceedings.
